Refund Policy – Madurai Call Taxi

1. General Policy

At Madurai Call Taxi, we aim to provide the best and most reliable cab services to our customers. We understand that plans may change, and customers may sometimes need to cancel a booking. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds will be issued for cancelled trips.

2. Cancellation Before Trip Start

Customers may cancel a booking at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. In such cases, a full refund of the advance payment (if any) will be processed, excluding any applicable transaction charges.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup time may incur a cancellation fee as per our company policy.

3. Cancellation After Driver Assignment

If a driver has already been assigned and is en route to the pickup location, a nominal cancellation charge will apply to cover driver travel and operational costs.

In such cases, refund eligibility will depend on the timing of cancellation and the distance already traveled by the driver.

4. Missed Pickup or No-Show

If a customer fails to show up for the scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, the booking will be marked as a “No Show”. No refund will be issued in such cases, as the driver’s time and resources have been reserved for that booking.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the same payment method used during booking within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For international transactions, applicable bank or currency conversion charges will be deducted before refund.

6. Service Issues or Complaints

In the rare event of service dissatisfaction or technical issues (such as double booking or payment errors), customers can request a refund review by contacting our support team with trip details and payment proof. Each case will be investigated fairly, and refunds will be provided if the issue is verified.
