VI. LOCATION INFORMATION (Driver App)

Our Driver App collects and uses location information for operational purposes related to ride booking and trip management. Specifically:

1. Purpose: When a driver accepts a trip from the admin, the app may track the driver’s live location to show current position to the dispatcher, monitor route progress, estimate arrival time, and confirm customer pickup and drop-off.
2. Background Use: Location information may be collected while the app is running in the background during an active trip to support continuous trip tracking and timely updates. We will request the appropriate device permissions to enable this function.
3. Data Sharing: Location data is used only for operational purposes between drivers, dispatch/admin and the Company. We do not sell or share location data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
4. Control and Opt-out: Drivers can disable location access via their device settings at any time. Disabling location access may prevent the app from providing full functionality (for example, trip tracking and automated status updates).
5. Retention & Security: Location data used for active trips is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations. We secure such data using standard security practices.

Prominent Disclosure & Consent: The app will present a clear in-app disclosure explaining why we need location access before the system permission request appears. Background location will be requested separately with an additional explanation. This meets Google Play’s requirement for prominent disclosure and consent.

VII. NO REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for our taxi services unless otherwise specified in special cases. Once a booking is made, no refunds will be provided except under the conditions stated by the company.

VIII. CANCELLATION POLICY

Driver can cancel; after accepting the trip, cancellation charges may be applied as per company rules.
